Our very sunny apartment (70m2, third - uppermost - floor, no elevator) with a southward balcony is situated on the outskirts of Innsbruck with panoramic view to the surrounding Alps.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 for the parents (1 double bed and one single bed) and one for our kids (1 high sleeper/loft bed. We can add a full size folding bed if you need it), 1 bathroom, 1 living room (with a convertible sofa-bed), and a kitchen. In the garden of our condominium is a playground with a sandbox.
Hiking areas and forest just 5 min. from the house. We have 2 adults and 2 childrens bikes and one bike trailer for 2 kids.

Innsbruck is a major city in the European Alps, and offers a combination of culture (“Tanzsommer” – a dance festival, Ambras Castle concerts, Provincial Theater, Swarovski Crystal Worlds)history (Golden roof, Imperial Palace, Imperial Church, Ambras Castle, Cathedral, Basilica etc.)architecture (Zaha Hadid designed the Bergisel ski jump and the funicular “Nordkettenbahn”)nature (Nordpark Mountains, Lake at Lans, Alpenzoo) unequaled anywhere else. It also offers visitors countless opportunities for sporting activities, recreation and relaxation.

The Innsbruck Card entitles guests to visit all of the major sights in Innsbruck free of charge, and includes free use of public transport, numerous mountain lifts as well as a visit to the “Goddess of Fortune” at the Innsbruck Casino.

Innsbruck is situated at two hours from Munich, and ½ h from Italy, and two hours to Salzburg, two hours to Switzerland, perfect for sport activities, (hiking, mountain climbing, Golf, horse riding, biking, swimming etc.)

We are always open to a non-simultaneous exchange: you come to Innsbruck for skiing in winter and we come to your place in summer.

Sylvia (1968) works as a finance and office manager. Hermann (1967) is a computer expert at the university. We have 2 sons, Elias 8 years (born Nov. 2003) and Leon 5 years (born January 2007). We speak French, English and of course German. We all like swimming (we are real water freaks :-)), reading, cooking, cycling and travelling.

We are non-smokers.
We don’t have any pets but we are really animal-loving. Our kids are used to them because my parents have a lot – a dog, a cat, chickens and rabbits. So we would be happy to look after your pets.
