My apartment is brand new; decorated by an architect with stylish furniture and modern pieces of Turkish and international art. The house is quite spacious and sunny being on the 4th floor with an elevator.

I am on the fourth floor of a period conversion with large windows, and lots and lots of light. There is an elevator.
I have a large kitchen, with everything you could possibly need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner - including a coffee machine (Nespresso).There is a dishwasher and also a combined washer/dryer. The living area is very large and has a large marble 8-seater dining table, 1 large comfortable sofa, 3 small sofas, wifi and large flat screen TV. The bathrooms has been recently refurbished and has a tub and shower, with good water pressure. The master bedroom has a European queen bed (180x200cm). The second bedroom is the 160x200cm) and has a private bathroom.
Both bedrooms and bathrooms have brand new and stylish. So in total the flat could accommodate up to 5 people.

Our cleaning lady will come at the end of your stay.

This is a modern, nicely decorated house in Tesvikiye - Nisantasi which is a trend setter designer shopping district of Istanbul... It is also 15 minutes on foot to Taksim Square, exact city center of Istanbul.. Taxis are also easily found from the front road of the house and taxi will cost approx. 5-10 Euro to the major parts of the city... When Istanbul is considered, people always think about old city where there are ONLY historical sites such as Topkapi Palace St. Sophia etc.. which is only a one day visit... All the rest, cafes, shops, daily life, night life, theaters, restaurants are located in the modern part of the city
and Tesvikiye which is also called Nisantasi (practically same area) is the best to live and to spend time in....
