Naš stan/kuća/vikendica

The apartment is 200+ square meters on 1 floor and well utilized. There is a nice large kitchen with all needed amenities and a large living/dining room. From the entrance there is a small room for storage and clothes and a small corridor to the kitchen and living room. Next to the kitchen is an office (previous maids room) and a separate bathroom. The corridor continues to the living section (passing a storage/laundry room) to the master bedroom with walk in closet and master bathroom. Next to this are 2 large guest bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Most of the rooms hav access to balcony. The area has a shared garden with a decent size pool (12*4 meters). The neighboars are very nice though some are elder and loud music late at night is therefore not tolerated. There is Internet in the apartment.

Naše susjedstvo

The apartment is located in Kifissia (not exactly as indicated on the map as it could not be found) which is the richest suburb of Athens so the area is nice. It is conveniently located near the metro with easy access to the city while sufficiently far from any riots that have occurred in Athens during the austarity measures. It has an abundance of Cafees and restaurants (fairly cheap at least by Danish standards) and shopping options (not cheap but all the top brands) all in walking distance. Close by is Athens with further eating options and a variety of historical sites and museums. Within close driving distance you find both nice beaches (with all sorts of water sports) and forest, parks, mountains and curiously some winter skiing (not a large resort). Also the Parerous harbour is an hour away from where there are 1 day trips to the closest islands.
